2024年度内に発売を予定しています。

TATEYAMA KAGAKU DEVICE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is developing a new thermistor product, the world‘s first “200℃ high temperature heat-resistant wire bondable thick film chip thermistor” for SiC/GaN power semiconductors used in automobiles and industrial machinery.
The product is scheduled for release within Fiscal Year 2024.
