1.Privacy Policy

Philosophy

Under our management philosophy—"We are committed to sound management, regard contributing to the development of society as our mission, cooperate with gratitude and respect for one another, and always realize a future half a step ahead"—we will build firm trust and provide great peace of mind by always appropriately handling the important "personal information" entrusted to us in the course of our business activities.

Policy

In particular, in the course of our information-service-related operations and the management of bowling alleys, we handle a large amount of "personal information." We recognize that the proper management of customers' "personal information" and employees' personal information is a social responsibility of the Company.

The Company's Privacy Policy

  1. The Company will make its privacy policy known to customers and employees, comply with laws and regulations, other norms, and guidelines concerning the protection of personal information, and establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a personal information protection management system.
  2. The Company will clarify its own rules on the handling of personal information and make them known to employees. The Company will clarify the purposes of use and, with the consent of the individual, collect, use, and provide personal information appropriately in consideration of the content and scale of its business, and will not use personal information beyond those purposes. If it is unavoidable to use personal information beyond the scope of the purposes of use, the Company will do so only after obtaining the consent of the individual in advance.
  3. The Company will take measures to prevent unauthorized access to, and loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of, personal information, and will promptly implement corrective measures in the unlikely event that such an incident occurs.
  4. The Company will comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, as well as norms and guidelines specifically established by administrative agencies and others.
  5. The Company will establish a contact point for complaints and consultations concerning personal information and will respond to them.

2.Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information for the following purposes.

  1. Contact operations relating to product inquiries, etc.
  2. Operations related to monitoring services
  3. Customer and member management operations in bowling alley management
    1. Operations relating to the reception of, and contact regarding, emergency calls and telephone consultations
    2. Safety-confirmation operations by telephone
    3. Maintenance operations
    4. Payment collection operations
  4. Operations relating to recruitment screening activities using information from job applicants
  5. Operations relating to work management and personnel/payroll administration using employee information, including that of group company employees

3.Provision to Third Parties

The Company will appropriately manage the personal information provided to it and will not use, provide, or disclose personal information without the consent of the individual. (However, this excludes cases (1) required by laws and regulations, (2) necessary to protect important interests such as the life, health, or property of the individual or the public, and (3) otherwise specifically permitted by laws and regulations.) For companies to which the Company provides personal information or outsources operations based on the above consent, the Company will conduct appropriate evaluations and conclude and manage necessary contracts so that personal information is not leaked or re-provided without prior approval.

4.Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information

If you do not wish to provide personal information, you may choose, at your own discretion, not to provide it. However, please note that if personal information is essential to the provision of a service, we may be unable to provide that service.

The Company endeavors to keep the personal information it collects accurate and up to date within the scope of the purposes of use, and takes the security control measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access, falsification, loss, and external leakage.
