自動車や産業機械に搭載されるSiC/GaNパワー半導体における高温環境下での使用に最適です。

TATEYAMA KAGAKU DEVICE TECHNOLOGY CO., has started mass production and sales of “200℃ high temperature heat-resistant wire bondable thick film chip thermistor".
The “200℃ high temperature heat-resistant wire bondable thick film chip thermistor" can be solder-mounted or sintering on the backside and wire-bonding on the surface and can be used for high temperature operation for SiC/GaN power semiconductors used in automobiles and industrial machinery.
