Occupational Safety and Health Policy

The TATEYAMA KAGAKU GROUP recognizes that ensuring the safety and health of all employees is an essential foundation that supports its business activities. Through the following initiatives, we will strive to prevent occupational accidents and create safe and healthy workplaces.

1. Aiming for zero occupational accidents, we will work to prevent illness and promote the creation of safe and healthy workplaces.
2. We will comply with laws and regulations related to occupational safety and health, promote safety and health activities, and strive to maintain and improve our safety and health standards.
3. We will conduct risk assessments and work to eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
4. We will make all employees aware of the importance of safety and health activities, raise safety awareness through safety education and awareness-raising activities, and pursue continuous improvement.
